As part of the implementation of the program to attract foreign scientists to teaching at the Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University, Rosanna Zakaria, Professor of the Malaysian Technical University (UTM), will conduct her classes at the Department of Building Materials and Technologies in a number of planned events celebrating the 70th anniversary of the University
Rosanna Zakaria has a Hirsch Index of 12 and is the author of a number of scientific articles on the application of BIM technologies in ensuring safety on construction sites. Her research interests include a number of areas, such as Construction 4.0, Green Economy, which are among the main directions of the development of research activities of our university.
Professor Rosanna Zakaria has already started co-directing the dissertation of 1st-year master’s student Anastasia Rozhkova in the direction of “Engineering Systems” and has planned a number of training sessions for university teaching staff, and she will also prepare joint publications to expand collaboration.
Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University considers international cooperation and internationalization as one of the most important types of its activities.
In addition, a number of scientists from Hungary, Poland, Malaysia and the USA are expected to arrive as part of the planned events celebrating the 70th anniversary.
