Head of Foreign Languages Department of the Saginov Technical University, Dr. Damira Jantassova from 24th till 30th of April, 2023 has taken an active part in the exchange program of teaching staff called “Staff Mobility Program” on ERASMUS+ and conducted a series of lectures on the course “Intercultural Communication and Academic Collaboration” for the students of Business Administration specialty in the Romanian-American University in Bucharest, Romania with the using the creative methods of teaching such as a team building, the active listening techniques, the interdisciplinary and collaborative methods. In the framework of the exchange visit there has been a fruitful discussion with the managers of the European Union Programs Division about collaboration and there have been made the decisions of further cooperation on capacity building for internationalization of higher education by means of digital platform Go UniTech designed as a result of the research project. Moreover, the meeting with the students of Romanian-American University have been organized where the degree programs of the Saginov Technical University have been presented for realization of student’s mobility programs between our Universities and for the purpose of students’ enrollment onto the master and PhD degree programs of the STU.
